a. Research & Analysis:
1. Conducting user research to understand target audiences
2. Analyzing competitors and existing user interfaces
3. Participating in brainstorming sessions with the design and product teams
b. Design & Prototyping:
1. Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
2. Designing UI components following brand guidelines and design systems
3. Iterating on designs based on internal feedback and usability test results
c. Collaboration:
1. Working closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
2. Participating in daily stand-up meetings and design reviews
3. Assisting in creating design documentation for development handoffs
d. Testing & Improvement:
1. Conducting usability tests and documenting findings
2. Updating designs based on user feedback or test results
3. Supporting QA by verifying UI implementation matches design specifications
e. Learning & Development:
1. Staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools
