1. Support and moderate image-generation pipelines to produce high-quality AI-generated assets for client deliveries.
2. Operate internal tools and execute generation workflows to create AI-based photoshoot assets aligned with client requirements.
3. Fine-tune and post-process generated images using structured prompting and workflow processes.
4. Perform human QA and moderation to ensure consistency, realism, output fidelity, and editorial-grade quality standards.
5. Identify artifacts, inconsistencies, and generation issues; iterate to enhance output quality.
6. Monitor and execute production workflows efficiently to meet delivery timelines.
7. Learn and operate internal AI tools, platforms, and structured workflows effectively.
8. Utilize prior experience with image and video generation models such as Gemini, Kling, Soul Models, Higgsfield, or similar platforms.
9. Apply strong visual judgment and attention to detail during QA and moderation tasks.
10. Work iteratively with prompts, outputs, and structured feedback loops.
11. Leverage basic technical knowledge from BCA, MCA, CS, or related academic backgrounds.
12. Demonstrate minimal coding exposure with emphasis on execution, workflow understanding, and quality control.
13. Develop understanding of image post-processing workflows and structured production pipelines.
14. Gain exposure to large-scale asset generation systems and in-house model operations.
15. Build expertise in production-grade prompting, iteration workflows, and AI-media QA processes.
