1. Onboard and train astrologers on platform processes and service standards.
2. Monitor and manage astrologer performance to ensure quality delivery.
3. Schedule and maintain astrologer availability for the Astrokiran app.
4. Analyze operational workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
5. Coordinate with vendors and support supply chain operations.
6. Prepare operational reports and dashboards using Excel.
7. Manage inventory tracking and assist with logistics planning.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve execution.
