As an HR intern at Sid's Farm, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of human resources. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is proficient in MS-Office, recruitment, and possesses excellent spoken and written English skills. Your main responsibility will be screening resumes to identify potential candidates who align with our company culture and values.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our HR database.
5. Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing orientation sessions.
6. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
