Coding Junior is seeking a talented HR intern who is proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, and possesses excellent English communication skills. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to assist in various HR functions and projects while learning and growing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
1. Assist with recruitment processes including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate assessments.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and updating employee records.
3. Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
4. Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee files to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team by preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and managing calendars.
6. Assist with employee relations activities by participating in meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
7. Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
