The selected intern will support the recruitment function and assist the HR team in executing end-to-end hiring activities.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing and regularly updating job postings across various job portals and recruitment platforms.
2. Reviewing resumes and shortlisting candidates in line with role-specific requirements.
3. Initiating candidate outreach through calls to communicate job details and coordinate interviews.
4. Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
5. Maintaining accurate recruitment trackers, interview records, and candidate databases
6. Following up with candidates for interview feedback and completion of required documentation
7. Assisting the HR team with daily recruitment operations, reporting, and administrative support
