A. Calling & attendee engagement:
1. Making outgoing calls to invite visitors, delegates, and corporate professionals to the Convergence India Show.
2. Handling incoming calls and answering basic questions from people interested in attending.
3. Coordinating with speakers and sponsors when required to support attendee engagement activities.
4. Helping manage delegate registrations and resolving simple queries.
5. Recording call details and visitor information accurately in spreadsheets or databases.
B. Data entry & coordination:
1. Entering and updating data in Excel sheets and internal systems.
2. Checking that all information added is correct, complete, and properly formatted.
3. Collecting and organizing details of delegates, exhibitors, and partners.
4. Assisting in preparing basic reports when required.
5. Supporting general coordination and administrative tasks assigned by the team.
