We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented data entry operator with at least 6 months to one year of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting administrative operations as needed.
1. Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, or software systems with high accuracy.
2. Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them where required.
3. Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
4. Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
5. Generate analysis reports and retrieve data as requested.
6. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
7. Support basic clerical and administrative tasks when required.
