Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM management intern to support our sales and marketing teams by managing and optimizing our CRM processes. The intern will primarily work on LeadSquared, ensuring accurate lead management, smooth workflows and timely follow-ups.
1. Manage and maintain leads in LeadSquared CRM
2. Ensure accurate data entry, lead tagging and status updates
3. Assign leads to relevant team members and track lead movement across stages
4. Monitor lead lifecycle and follow-up activities
5. Create and update basic CRM workflows and automation
6. Generate reports and dashboards to track lead performance and conversions
7. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to resolve CRM-related issues
8. Identify and report data gaps, duplicate leads and process inefficiencies
