As a client servicing intern at Elev8 Consultants, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our clients, manage relationships, and assist in executing marketing campaigns. Your knowledge of CRM, influencer marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing will be put to the test as you help us deliver top-notch service to our clients.
1. Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
2. Work closely with the marketing team to execute influencer marketing campaigns.
3. Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze client data for insights and recommendations.
4. Support the team in creating and implementing email marketing campaigns.
5. Help manage and grow our clients' social media presence through strategic marketing tactics.
6. Utilize your English proficiency (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and deliverables.
