1. Conduct career assessments and provide personalized career guidance to clients
2. Support lead generation and client acquisition initiatives
3. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver career development programs
4. Guide clients on job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation
5. Support and coordinate a team of interns to ensure high-quality career counseling delivery
