As an Accounting & Bookkeeping intern at Apport Software Solutions Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and enhance your skills in Zoho Books, English proficiency (spoken and written), accounting, and bank reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using Zoho Books.
2. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
3. Assist in bank reconciliation and ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
4. Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
5. Collaborate with the Accounting team to support month-end and year-end close processes.
6. Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation as required.
7. Support other ad-hoc accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed.
